Breaking the rules!

Rules are mad to be followed, but sometimes breaking rules are okay. Following the rules can lead to you having a nice and safe life but is it worth it? I believe that even if its only once in a while that if you break a rule you can have a fulfilling life with plenty of adventure while still being safe. This site tells some of the few things you can do in concern to breaking rules when it comes to to your health, we believe that we must keep fit, eat healthy food etc if we want to stay healthy but the truth is that you can let loose and eat those fatty foods and still be in good health. When it comes to what you eat and how you stay fit, you can eat whatever you want whenever you want as long as your body can handle it and you are also eating properly to lower the cholesterol that fatty food brings on. Staying fit is important to humans but it isn't something that you have to do everyday or your going to become completely unhealthy, many people only do extra physical activity once or twice a month, outside their daily routine that is. I love adventure as much as the next guy but sometimes breaking the rules can be dangerous, in the case of the picture above you shouldn't go wondering on to a construction site just because you think you can a good time messing around as that can be extremely dangerous. My only advice is that if you're ever going to break rules, think over what it is that you're doing, if it can get dangerous you probably shouldn't, your eating habits and fitness habits can be however you see fit.
